💳 TSM Tool Refund Policy

Please Read Before Ordering

TSM Tool activation is an account-based digital service. Your activation is applied directly to your TSM Tool account (your username and registered email) for a period of 3 months, 6 months or 12 months. No physical product and no digital key or code is sent — the server activates your account itself.

How Activation Works

  • First, create your account at tsm-tool.net/register using your username and email.
  • Then place your activation order and provide that same username and email.
  • The server activates your account directly for your chosen period (3 / 6 / 12 months).
  • There is no license key to enter — once activated, simply log in to TSM Tool and start working.

No Refund After Activation

Once your account has been activated by the server, the order cannot be cancelled, refunded, or exchanged. The activation is a digital service applied directly to your account and cannot be reversed or returned after it is delivered. By completing your purchase you agree to this term.

One Activation Supports Many Devices & Brands

Your activation is not limited to a single phone. During your active period you can use TSM Tool on unlimited devices and across many supported brands — Samsung, Xiaomi, Redmi, POCO, Oppo, Vivo, Huawei, Honor, and many MTK and Qualcomm based devices. The activation is for the time period, not for one device.

Please confirm your device and operation are supported before you order:

  • Check the Supported Models page.
  • Watch official TSM Tool video guides and tutorials for the correct steps.
  • Make sure your account is created correctly at tsm-tool.net/register first.

If a Single Device Has an Issue

TSM Tool supports a very large and constantly growing list of devices. If one specific device shows an error or is not supported, this usually means one of the following:

  • That particular model or security version is not supported yet — support may be added in a future TSM Tool update.
  • The wrong process or steps were followed during the operation.

An issue with one single device is not a reason for a refund, because your account activation still works for all other supported devices and operations. We recommend waiting for the next update or re-checking the tutorial for the correct process.
